PanEuro Windows are proud to be a trademark Licensee, with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
The FSC are an international non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting responsible forestry. FSC certifies forests all over the world to ensure they meet the highest environmental and social standards. Established in 1993 and now with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, they are now the leaders in forestry protection.
FSC’s “tick tree” logo is used to indicate that products are certified under the FSC system. When you see the FSC logo on a label, you can buy forest products with confidence that you are helping to ensure our forests are alive for generations to come.
PanEuro Windows carries our FSC Trademark Licence (002846) with pride because we know how important our forests are to the health of the planet. By knowing FSC carry our same high levels of standard, the customer can be guaranteed of a beautiful product that is sustainably sourced.
Our forests are under threat and those who buy a range of materials, including timber, paper and other forest products or agricultural commodities could be rewarding damaging and destructive practices.
Many timber and paper suppliers will tell you, often in good faith, that their supplies are from ‘sustainable’ or ‘managed’ sources, or from plantations. But without an independent certification system, there is often no way of verifying this or of demonstrating to your clients that you have met their expectations.
If you don’t know where your timber and paper comes from, you could be part of the problem.
Check to make sure they carry the FSC Logo!
